These Terms govern your use of MedicoMedics. By creating an account you agree to them. Please read carefully.
1. The Service
MedicoMedics provides educational content (lectures, summaries, MCQs) and community features for medical learners and educators. Content is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
3. Acceptable use
- No scraping, reselling or redistributing our content.
- No harassment, hate speech, impersonation or illegal activity.
- No uploading patient-identifiable information or copyrighted material you don't own.
- No attempts to bypass paywalls, security controls or rate limits.
4. Subscriptions & payments
Premium plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Billing & subscription; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. See our Billing FAQ for refund policy.
5. Intellectual property
All content provided by MedicoMedics is owned by us or licensed to us. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own study. Content you post (notes, group messages) remains yours; you grant us a licence to host and display it within the Service.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings & privacy.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted. Educational content is not medical advice and should not be relied upon to diagnose or treat patients.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedicoMedics is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
