MedicoMedics is an online learning platform for medical students, residents and educators. You can contact us any time at info@medicomedics.com.

- Account data — name, email, password (hashed), profile picture, role and institution.
- Learning data — lectures viewed, MCQ answers, study plan progress, notes you create and groups you join.
- Payment data — handled by our payment processor; we receive only the information needed to manage your subscription.
- Technical data — device, browser, IP address, language, and pages viewed (used for security and analytics).
3. How we use your information
- To provide and personalise the Service (study plans, recommendations, progress).
- To manage your account, billing and customer support.
- To improve and secure the Service, prevent fraud and enforce our Terms.
- To send essential service messages and, with your consent, product updates.
4. Legal bases (EEA / UK users)
We process personal data under: performance of a contract (your account and subscription), our legitimate interests (security, product improvement), your consent (marketing emails, optional cookies) and legal obligations (tax, accounting).
