Your rights

- Erasure — ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten").

- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing.
- Withdraw consent — at any time, where processing is based on consent.
- Complain — to your local supervisory authority.
How to make a request
Email info@medicomedics.com from the address on your account with the subject "GDPR request" and tell us which right you'd like to exercise. We may ask for proof of identity. We respond within 30 days (extendable by 60 days for complex requests, with notice).

Subprocessors
We use vetted processors for hosting, email, payments and analytics under data-processing agreements. A current list is available on request.
International transfers
Where data leaves the EEA / UK we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards approved by the European Commission / UK ICO.
